Being the best version of yourself, for them.

Being a parent can be a tough gig, especially if you want to give your children the best version of yourself whilst feeling happy and fulfilled on your own terms.

I help parents find balance, confidence and calm.

Get help from a passionate parent and an experienced, qualified coach.

I have hundreds of hours of coaching and mentoring experience working in leadership roles and with private clients. I qualified as a coach at Henley Business School, one of the UK's best.

After becoming a parent, I recognised how much coaching could help. Along with sharing my efforts with my family, I am excited to now offer coaching to other parents.

We only get to raise our children once, so I for one did not want to f$%k it up!  I find this both terrifying and inspiring.  It makes me want to show up as the best version of myself every day for the twins, and I know many others feel the same.

Showing up as the best version of ourselves isn't straight forward. How do we continue to pursue meaningful careers, look after our own physical and mental health, stay educated and entertained, all whilst not feeling like we are (or as many I have spoken to do, later regretting) missing out on them growing up, or that we are providing our children with a second best version of ourselves?

The answer will be different for everyone.  If it's important to you to show up as the best version of yourself for your children, I’d love to help you figure out what that looks like and how to make sure it happens.

What happens on an Intro Call?

This is a 30 minute call to do the following - no cost, and no commitment:

- Understand your situation, and how I can help.  If I don't think I am the best fit, I will be honest and try and point you at someone who can.

-  I'll aim to leave you with one or two things to help with your situation and challenges, feeling confident and calm in doing so.

No commitments , just a conversation where I hope I can help you with your efforts to be the best version of you, for them!
